AI Hiring is an independent recruitment service based in Lisbon, Portugal. The recruiter operating this website under the AI Hiring name is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
2What data we process
Information you send us or that you make available for recruitment: your name, email address, phone number and other contact details, your CV and professional background, and the content of our conversations and emails.
3Why we process it
Only for recruitment: to talk to you about roles, to present your profile to a client with your agreement, and to manage our relationship with clients.
4Legal basis
Your consent (for example, when you send us your CV or agree to be presented to a client) and our legitimate interest in running recruitment searches and contacting professionals about relevant roles. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5Human-only assessment, no AI
Candidates are selected and assessed by people, without AI, in strict compliance with all applicable requirements, including GDPR. We use AI only to automate processes that do not involve processing personal data. We do not use AI or any automated tools to screen, score, rank or reject candidates. No decision about you is based solely on automated processing (GDPR Art. 22). People make every decision.
6Who we share it with
Only with the client for a specific role, and only with your agreement. We may use trusted service providers (such as email hosting and the Tawk.to live chat) who process data on our behalf. We never sell personal data.
7Live chat
This website uses the Tawk.to live chat widget, provided by tawk.to inc. If you use the chat, the messages and any information you type into it, together with technical data such as your IP address and browser details, are processed by Tawk.to to deliver the chat. We use chat messages only to reply to you. We do not use AI features of the chat service. See Tawk.to’s privacy policy: www.tawk.to/privacy-policy.
8How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact, then we delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. [Retention period — edit if needed]
9Your rights

10Cookies and tracking
This website is a static site. It uses no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies, and it loads no external fonts. The only third-party script is the Tawk.to live chat widget (see “Live chat” above), which may store cookies or similar data in your browser so that the chat can work.
